this is a seldom explored area. the dark side of enteprenuerialism... other people heh. what is the one thing most people crave but never seem to have enough of? MONEY. however, i dont think most people get jealous simply because the successful entrepreneur has money.

even the average entrepreneur that is just getting by has something very desriable to other people. The entrepreneur is making the most of their capacity and doing what they truelly want to do. entrepreneurs have freedom. i believe freedom is way more important than just the money. anyone can have money. at what expense? well, for the average employee...time. their lives are sucked away by their jobs. you can always make more money... cant make more time.

entrepreneurs have time (if they want it, thats another issue all together, as many entrepreneurs including myself actually build a lifestyle around the whole concept, so time take on a completely different meaning altogether), money, satisfaction. they have control and they are not at the mercy of a boss or coworkers.

this sort of lifestyle is what most people would give an arm for. just look at all the late night infomercials promising instant riches and total freedom..

just as these people have convinced themselves that this sort of thing is impossible and that noone can really do it... along you come with a big goofy grin on your face thinking about your latest project... wallet bulging and a head full of ideas.

most people cant have this...and never will. That is why, in my opinion, people will give you grief over it. they see in front of them what they want out of life, but will never actually obtain any of what you have. and in reality, most people COULD do it. but most dont...

its sad. but. its true.

The part on dealing with friends really hit the nail on the head. For the past few years I've had many friends ask how much I make or how well I'm doing, and that's exactly how I answer. Then to address the part on people who "pretend" they're doing really well. Again, well said. I've dealt with the same issue, and the best thing is to just avoid them. It is kind of interesting how these people who claim they have spectacular businesses are never seen actually working. Anyways, that last part of the show was right on target.

It's an uphill battle for the most part. People are conditioned to have one track minds and view the world a certain way. The hard tie people give you is actually just a result of their own frustration and jealousy.

People are wimpy :-)

hey by the way, would it be possible for you to share with us the results of your sse ebook launch? it would really help to have a behind the scenes peak at your traffic and revenues for it, or as much as you can share. how have you been generating traffic and are affiliates catching on? i searched for your book in the clickbank market place but wasn't able to find it.
